Advisory Board: Austin S. Lin

Austin S. Lin supports quantum technology standards in Silicon Valley and serves as Chair of the United States National Committee to the IEC/ISO Joint Technical Committee 3 – Quantum Technologies (JTC 3). He serves as the 2026 Chair of the Standards & Performance Metrics Technical Advisory Committee with the Quantum Economic Development Consortium (QED-C). He holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Johns Hopkins University, holds certificates in quantum computing and quantum algorithms from MIT xPro, and is an elected Fellow of the American Society for Quality (F. ASQ) and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (F.AIChE).
