Jeff Grove is the Vice President of Global Cooperation, Policy & Communication at ASTM International since May 2007. Having first joined the organization in 2004, Jeff is currently responsible for policy engagement, stakeholder cooperation, and corporate communications. He also oversees ASTM’s global affairs representatives in Washington, Brussels, Singapore, UAE, and Lima to build support for ASTM International.
Jeff brings a wealth of experience in government affairs and trade policy, leveraging his background in both legislative and international relations to advance the organization’s mission globally. Prior to joining ASTM, he served as staff director for a U.S. Congressional Committee, where he focused on U.S. industrial competitiveness, manufacturing, and trade policy. He also currently serves as an industry trade advisor to the United States Trade Representative.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin (La Crosse) and a master’s degree in International Commercial Policy from George Mason University. He also completed the 2002 Oxford Summer Residence Programme in Globalization and Trade at the University of Oxford, UK.
